Reservations
All spa services are reserved in advance and are held with either a credit card or a valid Gift Certificate number.
Please have the number available at the time of booking.
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled reservation to allow for preparation.
Please note: Women may not receive heat treatments (wraps and steam) during pregnancy.
Gratuities
Our service prices do not include gratuity.
The average gratuity is 15% to 20%.
Gratuity will be automatically added for parties of 3 or more.
Late Arrivals
While we make every effort to accommodate a late arrival, it may be necessary to shorten or omit your services.
Cancellations
When you schedule a service, the room(s) and the technician's time are reserved for you. We require 24 hours notice of any changes to your reservations for services of one hour or less and 48 hours notice for services longer than one hour or for parties of two or more.
Failure to provide the appropriate amount of time for changes to your reservation will result in a 25% charge to your credit card or gift certificate.
Failure to show for an appointment will result in full charge to your credit card or gift certificate.
